The omnidirectional microphone capsule module MMC4041 features extremely high sensitivity and low self noise. You will experience total transparency of this microphone no matter if you choose the high voltage solid state preamplifier module MMP4000-S or the phantom powered preamplifier module MMP4000-SP. All modules are packed in a convenient Samsonite® carrying case with a shock mount, a pop-filter, windscreen and cable in addition to the Microphone Amplifier HMA4000.  The UA0897 Shock Mount is designed for use in environments where vibration levels are unusually high. It's ultra-compact, robust design significantly reduces the amount of vibration, that reaches the microphone without having adverse acoustical effects. This shock mount was designed using modern vibration measuring techniques, using Brüel & Kjær's world famous vibration test equipment. Unlike other shock mounts, the vibration reduction is clearly specified. It can be used standmounted in the studio, or in hand-held boom applications.
Use extra soft Rubber Mounts for the more lightweight microphones and medium soft for the heavier types.
The UA0897 is supplied as standard with the DDS0731 Rubber Mounts for 19mm microphones . The UA0897 is fitted with a thread adapter, which allows usage on up to three of the most popular international standard threads used on microphone stands.

 The Microphone Cable Type DAO4110 is a flexible hi-voltage microphone cables specially designed for use with the HMA4000 Hi-Voltage Microphone Amplifiers and the modular Large Diaphragm Microphone type 4041-S. The cable jacket is of an abrasion
resistant anti-kink flexible PVC and the braided shield offers an outstanding electromagnetic immunity with a 98% optical coverage. Conductors are of oxygen-free non-tinned copper with 40 cores of 0,10 mmý in each conductor, and all connection pins are gold plated. |
 The Type MMP4000-S Solid State Preamplifier features a versatile modular design allowing the microphone capsule to be separated from the preamplifier. The solid state preamplifier design is identical to the discrete transistor output stage used in our series of hi-voltage microphones and offers a total linear and transparent signal path. The low noise output stage is driven as a class A unity gain impedance converter. It is supplied with 130V via the HMA4000 Microphone Amplifier allowing the preamplifier module to handle extremely high audio signals without adding any distortion. |
 The Type MMC4041 large diaphragm omnidirectional microphone cartridge is a part of our modular microphone system and can be used with both the Modular Microphone Preamplifiers Type MMP4000-S and MMP4000-T. The diaphragm and the housing are both made from stainless steel , which gives the capsule a unique immunity against ambient temperature variations. The precision-made back plate is placed in a quartz insulator for maximum electrical stability and is polarised with 200V via the HMA4000 Microphone Amplifier giving the MMC4041 a unique sensitivity of 90mV/Pa. The frequency response from 10Hz to 20kHz with a 4-6 dB soft boost around 8kHz matches the response of the highly acclaimed Type 4040 Hybrid Microphone. Furthermore, the MMC4041 has an extremely low self noise of typical 6dB(A), as well as an enhanced SPL handling capability of up to 144dB SPL before clipping occurs. |
 The KE3541 Briefcase is specially designed for 3541 Vocalist & Instrument Microphone Kit. The special foam insert allows room for shock mount, windscreen, pop-filter, Microphone Amplifier HMA4000 and up to 4 microphones or preamplifiers with a diameter of 16mm. The sturdy Samsonite© carrying case also has room for cables and has a code lock and a special feature to prevent opening of the case if it is turned upside down. |
 Type HMA4000 is a dual channel hi-voltage microphone amplifier with better than -90dB channel cross talk and an extremely impressive frequency range from 10Hz to 200kHz +0dB/-1dB. It can handle input signals of up to 160V peak with the attenuator in setting "-20dB" and has an extremely wide dynamic range of 140dB with the attenuator in setting "0dB". The output stage design is balanced Class A and has a cable drive capability of up to 300m cable. The input stages uses state of the art SMD technology to build up the circuit around the input connectors for higher electromagnetic immunity and perfect thermal stability. The HMA4000 is designed for use close to the microphones to keep microphone cables as short as possible, it therefore has an extremely compact, simple and rugged chassis design. Besides being a microphone amplifier with unsurpassed specs, HMA4000 is an extremely comprehensive microphone power supply unit with 130V for the hi-voltage microphone preamplifiers, 200V for capsule polarization and 6V for heater voltage in tube microphones.  Mounting
The DPA pop filter is mounted between the mic stand and the mic holder. It will always follow any movement of the microphone. Its adjustability in distance and angle makes it suitable for all microphones.
Sound quality
You won't hear this pop filter! The pop screen does not attenuate the higher frequencies beyond the tolerance field of the microphone's frequency response.
Wind protection
The DPA pop filter is one of the most efficient pop reducing products on the market today.
Durability
The DPA pop filter is a stainless steel construction and will not wear out like a gooseneck . The screen can be replaced if necessary. |
 The DUA0040 Windscreen is designed for use with microphones with a 24mm (1in) cartridge. Constructed from dark grey expanded foam with 25-30 pores per inch, the windscreen provides an excellent protection against wind and pop noises without attenuating the higher frequencies beyond the tolerance field of the microphone's frequency response. The outer diameter of the DUA0040 is 90mm (3.44in) and it is supplied as standard with the 3532-S and 3532-SP Large Diaphragm Stereo Kits, but is also available as an optional accessory. |
